Most of this information can be found somewhere on our site but we listed a few common questions about The Calm Buddy Box.

1. What is in the Box?
The box includes a calming plush weighted Warmies® sloth buddy that is filled with natural grain and scented with real French lavender , 4 additional toys/items, and a set of carefully crafted cards that include information about mindfulness and activity prompts made especially for children, and recommendations for adult use with children. The plush Warmie is filled with real french lavender and can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer for. 

2. What age group is the Calm Buddy Box for? 
The recommended age is 3 years and up, as the box contains some small blocks which can be choking hazards. 

3. Where do the items in the Calm Buddy Box come from?
Each item was specifically and intentionally selected and purchased from various vendors throughout the U.S. and China. The content in the instructional/informational cards were developed by the Calm Buddy Box team and professionally printed. 

4. Is there a maximum number of boxes that can be ordered at one time?
Due to the nature of our product we are limiting the number of boxes that can be purchased at one time. Customers can purchase 5 boxes at one time. This number may increase in the future as our business grows. We thank you for your patience. If you are a school, agency, or person interested in purchasing more than 5 boxes at one time please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

5.  What is your shipping and return policy?
Our shipping and return policies can be found in the links included here. We generally do not accept returns unless your items are damaged or incomplete.
