The Calm Buddy Box is curated to provide a fun and calming experience centered on mindfulness, it includes a variety of playful items that children (ages 3+) will enjoy. Mindfulness together with play can help children feel more at ease and focused on the present moment by using all of their senses to develop an awareness about themselves and the world around them.
